About me

Entering into stillness is a ritual

My journey with yoga is not just about the time spent on the mat—it is a deeper, transformative inner path. My first steps into the world of yoga began years ago, but it was my time on Balinese soil that truly deepened my connection to the practice.

This journey not only made me stronger physically and mentally but also provided me with a completely new perspective on teaching and living yoga.

Beyond yoga, I am also an engineer, which means I naturally approach everything with a logical and analytical mindset. I find it fascinating how science, biomechanics, and ancient yogic wisdom align to create a practice that is both functional and transformative. In my classes, everything happens for a reason—every movement, breath, and transition has a purpose, whether it's to activate the nervous system, improve mobility, or enhance recovery.

See you on the mat,
