What to expect?
At the beginning of the session, gentle breathing-focused exercises will help you quiet your mind and arrive in the present moment. This will be followed by a guided meditation, allowing you to relax step-by-step on a deeper level. The Yoga Nidra technique enables you to reach a state of complete body and mind relaxation, where you can experience deep regeneration while hovering between sleep and awareness. After the session, you’ll be offered a refreshing herbal tea, so you can carry the feeling of calmness with you into the night.
